Many golf courses take pride in their natural locations, but with West Ridge Golf Course the PRIDE they take is no lip service! Located 15 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport and 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, it's in the foothills of the Oquirrh Mountains, with the Wasatch Mountains and the Great Salt Lake within view. "The views on the course are unmatched," says head pro Mike Richards. The golf is unmatched, too, with the links style layout providing a series of challenges to golfers of all levels. The rolling hills and dramatic changes in elevation create a number of thrilling shots.  The hazards add beauty and challenge to an already scenic course.  Water comes into play on six of the eighteen holes and sand traps are sprinkled throughout.   At 6,673 yards from the tips, West Ridge isn't especially long, the challenge coming from the links style layout, designed by local architect Bill Neff.
