ABOUT REMUDA GOLF COURSE IN NORTH OGDEN, UTAH

Remuda Golf Course plays to 6300 yards from the black tees and is a full regulation 18 Holes. It is located in Farr West, in North Ogden, Utah.

The majority of the course was designed by the Late Keith Downs, his goal was to build a great course “for the rest of us.” He wanted wall to wall grass so that hackers and the majority of the population wouldn’t have to search long for errant golf shots.

The course averages a 2 hour nine hole round and is popular with large groups and foursomes with recurring tee reservations. The course is heart and joint-friendly to walkers but long enough that most people rent carts. The greens and fairways are very generous and well maintained. Our superintendent devotes a lot of his budget to the greens, and we get a lot of comments about how nice they are to play.

The trees are still young but as they fill in and the doglegs will become harder to cheat and the difficulty of the course will increase. The course has sand and grass bunkers, two water hazards, elevated tees and cement cart path.
